Here on the blog, we’ll be introducing our readers to new technologies, discussing our insights on tech news in various industries, and letting you know about events happening in the tech world. There will even be a few post on life here at C&O HQ!

For our first post, we thought it would be a good idea to introduce ourselves, and talk a little bit about what we do. So who are we? C&O IT Solutions is an IT consulting and IT management company that specialize in small to medium size business. We do everything from server upgrades, web dev, network support, and consulting in the newest technology for your company needs.

OK, now you know everything. Well…not quite. You see, while we do have a well trained staff who are proficient in every aspect of technology to run an office. What really sets us apart from the pack isn’t what we know, but it’s our relationship with our clients. We are not only “gurus” when it comes to IT management and consulting, but we take our time explaining to our clients what the problem is and how we can fix it. We understand that most people are not tech people that is why we take our time to make sure that every client knows what is going on and is comfortable with the improvements that we implement. That’s the approach we take here at C&O. We know a broken computer isn’t just a broken computer — it means someone can’t use their email, access critical files, or just generally get their work done.

At C&O, supporting our customers means not just supporting you, but assisting you in growing your business. It means doing whatever we can to make your job easier. We know it’s bigger than you, and we do our best to keep that in mind in every interaction you have with us. But enough about you, let’s talk about us!

IT is serious business, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun, too. Well, most of us are serious gamers — tinkering with our rigs is a favorite pastime. The almost-non-stop debate in the office over iPhone vs Android gets pretty spirited. We even indulge in some “low-tech” tomfoolery — there’s the occasional volley of obscure movie quotes, and the endless debates of the comic books that are being turned into movies.
