What’s more, the easy to use Thunderbolt allows office networks using Windows to increase their productivity by transferring data quicker. Unlike USB 3.0 which only offers up to 5 Gbps, the cablelike connector will transfer data up to 10 Gbps between compatible devices and their host computers. You just need one Thunderbolt port to chain them all, and you don’t have to worry how many USB ports your computer comes with, and whether you need a USB hub or not. Also, it is rumored that Acer and Asustek PCs will be the first to feature the speed efficient technology.
