Pros – This remote service allows backups to be automatic and continuous. Also, Cloud Backup encrypts your data, so your files can be transmitted securely.

Cons – The transmission of files can be slow since Cloud Backup relies on both parties internet speed.

2. (NAS) Network Attached Storage

Pros – NAS is not only known for the ease of file configuration when transmitting important data to separate computers, but it also allows for quicker access.

Cons – When multiple computers try to access files at the same time, NAS might be overwhelmed and run at an incredibly slow pace.

3. Local Server

Pros – This option compresses and transfers files at an affordable price.

Cons – Will not back up files if they are in use nor will it back up if the operating system is offline or damaged.

Cons – The amount of storage space is limited. They can be easily be lost, stolen, or damage.
